Website pricing is confusing because "a website" can mean wildly different things. A few brochure pages is a different project to a booking system with a client portal. Here's how to think about cost, and how our own pricing works.
What actually drives the price
- Number and complexity of pages
- Custom design versus a lightly customised template
- Features like booking, e-commerce, or membership areas
- Content: do you need copywriting, or are you providing it
- Ongoing maintenance, hosting, and support
Any quote that skips these questions is guessing, not pricing.
How Velox Studio prices projects
We use three plans, so you can pick how you pay for the build and whether you want us to keep looking after it afterwards:
- Launch — a deposit to start and the balance on completion. You own the site outright once it's paid off, and run it yourself from there.
- Managed — the same structure as Launch, plus our Care plan (hosting, security, backups, updates, and support) included from day one.
- Flex — a smaller starter payment plus fixed monthly installments, so there's no large balance due when the site launches.
All figures are in AED, excluding UAE VAT. Full current pricing is on our pricing page.
What's included versus what's an add-on
A base website plan typically covers design, build, mobile optimisation, and basic SEO. Things like e-commerce, booking systems, copywriting, branding, or a bilingual Arabic/English site are usually scoped as add-ons, priced once we understand what you need. Your Smart Brief will show you exactly what's included before you commit to anything.
The honest answer
There's no single number that means anything without knowing your scope. What we can promise is no payment to enquire, a clear written quote before you commit to anything, and no upfront cost until you accept it.
